The winner for our May Photo of the Month competition is Milford Marina Chargehand, Daniel Devine with his photo titled “Alive at night”. Congratulations Dan!
Every month we encourage berth holders, visitors and photographers of any standard to enter their pictures into our Photo of the Month competition, with entries capturing the spirit of the Milford Haven Waterway, including the scenery, wildlife, coastline and sunsets, the boating community, and Milford Marina itself.
During his shifts as a Marina Chargehand at Milford Marina, Dan often notices the changes in colour as night replaces day and he rarely has his camera at hand to capture the shot.
Late one evening, Dan visited the marina with his new equipment and the picture-perfect moment just simply fell into place, with the photo capturing Milford Marina, Milford Waterfront and the Milford Haven Waterway – the Milford Trinity.
