Even though our favourite way of getting from A to B is of course by boat, walking is a close second! There are many lovely and picturesque walks to be explored close to Milford Marina and the health benefits are proven to be sublime too.
Milford Waterfront has compiled a fantastic selection of walking routes which are enjoyed by people of all abilities, especially the 1.1 mile Wander around the Waterfront which takes you on a loop around Milford Marina with guaranteed waterway views.

4. Strike it lucky at Phoenix Bowl
If you find yourself with some spare time, why not head over to Pembrokeshire’s only bowling attraction? Phoenix Bowl is located at Milford Waterfront and is only short walk away from Milford Marina, you can even pop in whilst you wander around the Waterfront, we’re sure it’ll be right up your alley!
Not just for tenpin bowling, Phoenix Bowl is also home to Pirate Pete’s Adventure Play, providing non-stop hours of fun for your little ones with 2 play zones.
5. Attend events at Milford Waterfront

6. Watch a film or play at the Torch Theatre
We are lucky to have the Torch Theatre on our doorstep which is one of only three building-based producing theatres in Wales.
The Torch offers over 1,300 shows, films, art exhibitions and live broadcasts every year, showcasing a variety of shows including drama, comedy, live music, ballet, dance, family shows, opera and new work, as well as producing their popular annual festive pantomime.

7. Explore Milford Haven’s heritage
There are three unique Heritage Walking Trails which celebrate Milford Haven’s stories which have been created for everyone to enjoy.
Through a National Lottery Heritage Fund project, coordinated by Milford Youth Matters which was launched in 2021, pupils from Milford Haven School were asked to research stories about our town’s Historic Haven, Energy Kingdom and Water Ways, the key themes that make Milford Haven’s ‘Sense of Place’ so unique.
To take part in the trails, keep an eye out for the signs attached to lamp posts dotted around the marina which give a brief summary, with QR codes taking you to the Milford Waterfront website for you to read the full story.
