Milford Marina will come alive with Christmas spirit next weekend when Milford’s Christmas Cracker returns.

On Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December, a festive ice rink will be set up on Nelson Quay which will be open between 10am-6pm. Sessions will last approximately 30 minutes and are subject to availability.

Over at Milford Museum, watch your children’s faces light up when they meet Father Christmas and his helpers in Santa’s Grotto between 12-4pm each day.

Alaric Churchill, Marina and Docks Manager, said “We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to Milford Marina next weekend to enjoy the Christmas Cracker with us. Last year the ice rink was really popular so it’s great to have it here again in 2015.”

There is also plenty for shoppers and diners as the restaurants and stores at Milford Marina have launched an advent campaign, with offers being advertised each day throughout December such as private shopping evenings at Latitude and a chance to win a £25 voucher at Cherubs. Ice skating tickets booked online before Friday 11th December cost £3.50 per person or pay £4.50 per session on the day. Group bookings of 10 or more will receive a 10% discount by booking online. Under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
