Congratulations to our April Photo of the Month competition winner, Nick Gronow with his fantastic photo titled “Sunrise over the marina”.
When we asked Nick about the inspiration behind his winning shot, he explained that there wasn’t a particular plan, he was simply out for a walk early that morning and happened to be in the right place at the right time. The sun was sitting just right in the sky, casting a warm glow across the water, while the boats reflected the light in a way that caught his eye.
Currently working towards launching his own photography business, Nick makes a point of getting out with his camera whenever he can. He’s always looking for scenes that stand out and capturing moments that people could see themselves hanging on the wall at home.
Each month we encourage berth holders, visitors and photographers of all abilities to enter their pictures into our Photo of the Month competition. Entries should have a focus on capturing the spirit of the Milford Haven Waterway, including the boating community, scenery, wildlife, coastline and sunsets, and Milford Marina itself.
