With Christmas Day quite literally around the corner, we can always count on our annual Christmas Boat Dressing Competition to bring an extra dose of festive cheer and joy to the area.
This year we were thrilled to see so many of our berth holders taking part and showcasing some real community spirit as we watch Milford Haven sparkle with the surrounding apartments and businesses participating in their own competitions too.
On Friday 18th December, the Mayor of Milford Haven, Councillor Terry Davies set about judging the entries, and whilst the weather was not so kind, nothing could dampen his spirits!
It was an extremely tough decision with so many brilliant entries making an effort to create a dazzling show in the marina. Although it was a close call, La Roche came out on top as this year’s winner, showcasing some tremendous Christmas spirit. Owners Stephanie and Trevor win a bespoke hamper of Welsh produce from popular Milford Waterfront business, Trwffl.
We’d like to give a special thank you to everyone that took part and to congratulate this year’s winners, Stephanie and Trevor. Milford Marina truly is a winter spectacle and we are already looking forward to next year’s competition, we’re sure it’ll make a splash!
