Congratulations to our April Photo of the Month competition winner, Tom Scott, with his photo titled “Explosion of colour from the Rath”. 

We asked Tom what the inspiration behind his winning photo was, and Tom shared with us that he and his wife take their little puppy out for walk every evening around Milford Haven. 

The inspiration for his photo came to him when he looked up and thought that the sky was like a colour explosion and Tom couldn’t help but capture the beautiful scene. Despite the rainy weather, the sight of the vibrant clouds made him feel alive! 

Each month we encourage berth holders, visitors and photographers of any standard to enter their pictures into our Photo of the Month competition. Entries should have a focus on capturing the spirit of the Milford Haven Waterway, including the boating community, scenery, wildlife, coastline and sunsets, and Milford Marina itself.   

Our May competition is now open for entries, and if you managed to capture any photos of the magical Northern Lights in Milford Haven or around the Waterway, we’d love to see them!
