Our first Photo of the Month winner of 2026 is Mel Barney with her image titled “Red Glowing Skies.”
When asked about the inspiration behind her photograph, Mel explained that she loves taking photos of the sky as it's a way of capturing a moment that won't exist again, as no two skies are ever the same. She added that looking up naturally slows you down, as it's so peaceful and grounding.
Every month we invite all berth holders, visitors, and photographers of all skill levels to participate in our Photo of the Month competition.
Entries should have a focus on capturing the spirit of the Milford Haven Waterway, including the boating community, stunning scenery, local wildlife, the beautiful coastline, sunsets, and beauty of Milford Marina itself.
