The festive season is right around the corner, and Milford Marina is ready to shine once again!
Our annual Christmas Boat Dressing Competition is back, and we can’t wait to see the marina transformed into a glittering spectacle of lights, colour and creativity. It’s the perfect chance for berth holders to spread some cheer and bring the magic of Christmas to the Waterfront.
Whether your boat is big or small, this is your moment to let your imagination run wild. Some choose twinkling fairy lights, others choose inflatable snowmen or glowing reindeer, but there’s no right or wrong way to join in.
The most important thing is to have fun, share the festive spirit, and of course, please make sure your decorations are secure against the winter weather!
This year’s judging will take place on Thursday 18th December, and for those partaking we ask that your lights are switched on by 5pm.
There will be three prizes awarded in this year’s Milford Marina Boat Dressing Competition: first prize = £200.00, second prize = £100.00, and third prize = £50.00. Winners may choose to receive their prize either as a Milford Waterfront voucher or have the amount credited directly to their marina account.
Of course, the boat dressing competition is just one highlight of the season. Milford Waterfront will be full of festive spirit this Christmas, with their Christmas market, family activities and plenty of seasonal treats to enjoy.
