It was an extremely tough decision with so many brilliant entries making an effort to create a dazzling show in the marina but La Roche came out on top.
Wales enters Alert Level 4 from today
Following the First Minister’s announcement yesterday, from today (Sunday 20th December) Wales is in Alert level 4. This means that restrictions equivalent to a lockdown are now implemented to reflect the seriousness of the situation.
